Terms of use
Please read these Terms carefully before using Tonly. Last updated: July 12, 2026.

About the Software

Tonly is a graphical user interface and software terminal designed for interacting with perpetual contract trading instruments. By accessing the terminal, you confirm you fully understand cryptographic risks and agree to these terms.

Eligibility

You must be of legal age to use software interfaces for digital assets in your jurisdiction. You act solely on your own behalf and are responsible for ensuring that leveraged trading is fully compliant with your local laws.

Risk Disclosure

Perpetual contract trading involves significant financial risk. The use of leverage can lead to rapid and total loss of your allocated trading margin. Only allocate funds you can afford to lose.

No Advisory Services

The interface provides data and tools for informational and execution purposes only. Nothing within Tonly constitutes financial, investment, legal, or trading advice. All decisions are exclusively yours.

Funding Mechanism

Open positions are subject to periodic funding rates driven by market imbalances. These rates are calculated by the infrastructure engine, displayed transparently within the UI, and fluctuate automatically.

Liquidation & Margin Protection

Isolated positions close automatically via the execution engine when the Mark Price reaches the predefined liquidation threshold. If eligible under the Margin Protection Program, a specified percentage of the lost collateral may be credited back to the connected balance from the infrastructure clearing fund based on active referral metrics. Cross positions may utilize the total connected trading balance as collateral.

Settlement & Safety

To maintain the structural integrity of the trading engine and mitigate technical exploits, balance settlement requests undergo automated safety validations before being broadcast on-chain. Requests triggered by suspected platform abuse, sybil referral manipulation, or artificial volume generation may be restricted.

Fair Use

Users are strictly prohibited from engaging in market manipulation, latency arbitrage, reverse engineering, automated exploitation, or any malicious activity targeting the interface, backend nodes, or other users.

Service Status

The software terminal is provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis. Price feeds, uptime, and layout features may change without notice. Trading functionalities may be temporarily suspended for technical maintenance or market safety conditions.

Limitation of Liability

Tonly acts solely as a technology provider. Tonly is not liable for any trading losses, blockchain network delays, RPC infrastructure failures, or issues arising from third-party non-custodial wallet applications.

Amendments

These terms may be updated periodically. Your continued interaction with the interface constitutes explicit acceptance of the most recent version.
